Can I choose my resident?

Due to the Fair Housing Act, we ensure that our applicants are all screened fair, consistent and equal based on our outlined rental criteria. To ensure we are compliant, All 3 Realty does NOT allow owners to pick and choose their own residents because of the "gray" area that it could potentially caused.
