How does All 3 handle pets?

We once prided ourselves on being a strictly "NO PETS ALLOWED" company. However, everything took a turn when we discovered that a whopping 90% of our employees had adorable companions. 😱

Being so strict was not only having our clients miss out on great potential residents but also, let's face it, people were definitely going to have pets regardless, and some might attempt a stealthy "hide and seek" with their furry friends. 🐾

Introducing Petscreeng.com & the All 3 Realty Pet Guarantee!

Petscreening.com is a 3rd party company soley responsible for the screening of all pets and ESA's. We've partnered with them to ensure all pets are scored, documented, ESA applications are verified for accuracy AND pet affidavits are signed by pet owners to reduce liability.

#1 - Pet owner fills out a pet application per pet

#2 - Petscreening.com gives them a "FIDO" score (yes, like a FICO score for humans 😂)

#3- Based on the score, the resident is charged PER MONTH, the below breakdown:

5 Paws - $25.00/mo

4 Paws - $30.00/mo

3 Paws - $40.00/mo

2 Paws - $50.00/mo

1 Paw - $75.00/mo

#4 - Once a pet is on the All 3 Realty Pet Guarantee program, the owner is guaranteed up to $2500 worth of pet damages PER YEAR, at the time of move out. (including but not limited too, some chewed up door frames, flea-infestation, carpet replacement, etc).
