What are my options on how to pay rent?

There are 2 options for rent payment.

#1 BEST OPTION - Pay online on your portal, login with your username and password. You can pay with a debit, credit or e-check. This ensure the most efficient, safe & convienent way to make payment.

#2 Pay with a Hand Delivered Check, Money order or certified bank check.

Our office are by appointment only but we have secured on-site drop boxes at each location. Please be sure to take a photo before you drop payment and text the photo to our office # 678-782-7447 (GA) or 334-593-3130 (AL).
