Do you require renters insurance?

YES! We require all residents to enroll onto our RBP (Resident Benefit Package). Check out more about that under the article, "What is the RBP?" to learn more.

We place all residents under a Master Policy that we track. This includes managing all insurance claims as well. This policy is $100,000 Liability and $10,000 in residents content coverage.
